1970 Pontiac Firebird project car $5000 obo

Hello, I have decided to sell our Firebird.  With having a 1970 GTO and 1973 GMC motorhome as ongoing projects along with a young family, I have realized there is just not enough time to work on the Firebird as well.

I bought it from someone who imported it up from the States.  I have all the paperwork and title but it has never been registered in Canada.

It is a factory Chevrolet 250 in-line 6 car with a powerglide.

It was originally Castillian Bronze.

It has a Formula hood and a T/A spoiler.

The interior of the car is gutted.  It comes with a new headliner, trim hardware kit, complete replacement weatherstripping kit, new exterior trim, 2 dashboards, new base Firebird exterior trim kit.  Has all the original chrome.  It does run and drive but needs work.   It comes with 2 nice racing seats and a brand new dash/cowl panel.  Car currently has inner and outer fenders and hood removed as well as heater core fan assembly.  All parts have been bagged.

I have a great 5.3l engine and transmission out of a 2004 GMC Sierra I can throw in.

If the car sells off the website I will donate $100 to Canadian Poncho

Do you have the complete original interior? Even though it is rough?

That car would be sweet with the LS engine!

The body looks ok as you can see in the pictures but I am sure it would need work if the paint were stripped.

I was planning on front and rear subframes and the LS motor.  The only interior is the back seat and armrest panels.

It would need:

carpet

door panels

rear seat covers
