Not mine...... but would be if I had a use for it now

This is rare......and difficult to find ( and the 4205 Mounting plate in included too ! )

Someone on this site was looking for one of these earlier

I had kind of given up on the idea but if this one doesn't get too crazy it will be mine.

I was just poking around looking at Hurst pics. I am wondering if this handle is for a console. I think the bench handle needs to be straighter up, then a curve back right near the top?

This is the difference between the 65-67 Impala console shifter and the 1967 Chevelle console shifter:

12a6_2.JPG 67 Chevelle, 65-67 Impala bench, 66-67 Impala console, 65 Impala console.

Notice the curved bench shifter, with white knob.

thanks to eBay's "67427belair" for clearing me up on the Impala stuff. Notice the small difference in height between the 65 and 66-67 console shifters? this is due to the different heights of their respective consoles.

Yeah, the interesting thing is, I've noticed the stock Muncie bench handle and the Hurst bench handle don't seem to be very similar in shape.

I know you are discussing B body shifters, but for Beaumont Hurst seems to cover both bucket and bench seat with the same handle, not like the factory Muncie.

Good Luck...

I sent you an email.

Actually, I am pretty sure that is the proper shifter for your car with a console.
