No sir, looks like a Hurst decal on the window though, might be a stick?

Peter "said"

I haven't seen it since I sold it . It ended up in Memramcook N.B. .Heard it went into the alders (small trees) and the fellow put a new frame under it .

Then heard he went out West  with it  .

I spoke to the guy that ordered it new at Steeves Motors in Moncton .  He ordered it and waited too long for it to come in . He was going to cancel it when they called to tell him it was in . He ordered a 350/300HP . Muncie 4 speed , 12 bolt 3.55 posi , Yellow with black bench interior . He went down only to see 307 signs on the side . Wasnt going to take it until the salesman opened the hood  .  They had put the wrong emblems on at the factory .  The 350/300 horse was in there . He decided to leave the 307 emblems on . They were still there when I had it .

Pete says          No I never did . There was a drag racer named Jim Kay from Moncton who owned

it before I did . He raced a 67 Camaro . Flat towed it behind the Beaumont .

Probably him in the picture at Pennfield

I remember seeing a 1969 full-size Pontiac that was all stock but had 307 fender badges. The 307 was never installed in a full-size Pontiac. It always stuck with me.

Cool history. I like when a story comes together.

Thanks Carl for coming through with the details.  What I love about old cars, aside from the cars themselves, are the stories that go along with them.
