63 Bumper jack.....

Tried this once before....about 4 years ago....

Is there NOBODY here that owns a 63 fullsize Canadian Pontiac that has an original....or CORRECT bumper jack that is willing and able to post a picture?

I think I know what it SHOULD look like....but need confirmation.....

Didn't think it would be that tough to find.....

Would it be safe to assume they are the same as  Chevrolet      I need one for a 66 but it must be dated coded Jan 19th 1966

Maybe Lowfen will see this and be able to help. I don't think he was on the board here last time when you asked.

Does the 66 have the same bumper as the 63?    confuse

 That would tell the story.....

The hook makes the difference.

Different bumper profiles for each year of Canadian Pontiac, and different bumpers on makes/models of GM cars within the same year.

If you were looking for '64 full size jack picture, I could send you one. Only the jack itself would be the same ... the hook is different.

Again....we are just assuming.......

I have 2 different "original" 64 jacks....one has a square jack shaft and the other is the three sided style...

The bumper adapter/hook will be different for each year....if the bumper is different.

I realize that 64's are WAY more popular than 63's.......Guess they crushed them all because nobody loved them.   blankstare

I'll check my original '64 jack and see what style I have. They could have had different style jacks in the parts bins at GM on different days/runs.

You might want to "rethink" that one.......

If you need twin turbo's and 3" chambered exhaust.....to make your "small big block" go FAST......the LAST thing you want is a heavy spare tire and jack...in your trunk.....

Now if you put a "real Pontiac" in your Parisienne....you COULD still run FAST,even with with a spare and jack...no problem......biggrin
