Which of these kits is right for the little rubber stops for the licence plate rear gas door, or are they both wrong?

Not knowing your car etc, I'd say the GM 15768697 in the first kit, which looks a lot like the 4563173 / 4565415 in the second kit.

Yes Kit 1 was correct, fit perfect and are large enough the licence plate hardware will clear.Great now hopefully they aren't stolen in the first year like the last ones, but if they are I have a replacement set as the kit contains 5.Nice I think 2 cost $25 at Peninsula Restorations.
