Got my redlines on!!

After being lucky enough to get jlyshoms caps and rims this spring i decided to go all out and put redlines back on the SD as this is how she rolled out of the factory in March 1967.Definitely gives it a correct look and im very thankfull to Kyle for taking the time to have them shipped to me.Thanks again!!

Gorgeous color for that car and the redlines look right with the red interior. Just change the stripes to red and and it would be deadly! :)

I wouldn't change a thing... especially not the colour of the stripes. That is a perfect factory look! Terrific car!!!

Looks great! Is it painted silverglaze? (I may have asked that before). That's the original colour of my car as well...

Car was painted back in 1985 when Trucker owned it so im not totally sure on color code. Its original color was Provincial White.Cool that your car AK was Silverglase.Had the pleasure of talking to the guy who did the paint and body work on it back in 85 just this spring,he was really happy to know it stood up and still looks ok.

It looks so right with those redlines and the center caps. The colour actually looks a lot like the V-code Antique Pewter that was offered that year.

Below is a picture I took of Rick Mitchell's V-code 738 Sport Deluxe at the 2006 North Chevelle Gathering at Grand Island, N.Y. I had loads of pictures of his car but they were lost during the great drive crash of 2006.
