Keep the 292 six and hotrod it!

62-66 GMC hood on it currently, correct 1965 badge on the cowl.

this would be a 3/4 ton with a dually rear installed or the badges or fenders have been changed

In 1963-only you could get a C20 with dual rear wheels.
