Power Trunk kit complete with spare parts

(In my best announcers voice...)

"Hey there, do you have junk in your trunk? Do you have trouble getting to that junk in your trunk? Then I have just the answer for you. A complete and functioning power trunk from an unknown GM vehicle, complete with a spare actuator that also works. The wire harness is there, the switch is there, it's all there. I just have NO idea what if came from or what it fits!"

So seriously, the above pretty much says it all. Nice shape, both solenoids go clickety-click like they should.

I think $30 is a pretty reasonable price, and I will ship for actual costs (which I am guessing to be around $18-$20 anywhere in Canada)

I have thought before that I would like one of these but I just got thinking how this will work with all my worldly possessions usually safely in the trunk and the top usually down and then there is this yellow button that sort of gives anyone easy access. I may have to start that Canso to make use of it.  I guess there is always the glove box, it locks nicely.

Or hide the switch somewhere. Nobody would suspect a power trunk in a 65 Canso.

Well this is back up for sale as I finally took a good look at it and it looks like it is suited for B bodies and not my Beaumont. I'd like to get my money back out of it and because I think it was very reasonably priced I would like to get a total of $50 for it with $20 going to the site here. Shipping will be around $20 on top of that.

Will this fit & operate in my 63 Parisienne??

This is my trunk catch.

Thanks in advance for your info.

Terry

p/s I know it wasn't an option in my car, I just think it would be neat to have.

My daily drivers all have it you get used to it.

i would say no.   60's gm used a vacuum system, with a large vac diaphram in the trunk  and a big suction can in the glovebox.  they are hard to find!
