I'm doing this by memory but I think this is right-

7 Pontiac

64 Parisienne V8

37 Two door hardtop

9 1969

1 Oshawa Ontario Production Plant

143446 First car built would be 100000 so your's would be 43446th car built


How about the tag on the firewall of the car? If you post that picture we can tell you more about your car.
