It is fixable if you have the space, the tools, the skill and the budget. And the desire. If you pay someone else to do it then you better have a couple of hundred  thousand dollars.

If it is a GM show car, chances are it has many options.  I remember a 64 GM Canada showcar from when my brother worked at Auto Trader in the late 1970s - early 1980s. It was a Diplomat Blue Parisienne convertible with a white top & medium blue interior. Although it was just a 283 Powerglide, it did have power windows and lots of other stuff on it.

1968 Beaumont Custom Convertible for sale. It has a 3276 motor with 275 horse power, console bucket seats, gto wood grain dash, and is a butternut yellow with black interior. It was one of 350 built, and was general motors of Canada in Oshawa car show in 1968. The car needs a total restoration. I have the gm build sheet for it. Asking $5000 obo.
