 It is interesting and good that we all have different tastes.  I have a similar car that at car shows 95% won't take a second look at and it doesn't bother me at all.  There are cars on this forum that would hold the same amount of interest to me too but what I like about it is the guy that has the ugliest styled vehicle in my opinion can still have the same amount of enjoyment as the guy who has the popular ones like the old faithful Camaros or 56 Chevies.  The good thing with our uglier ones at least they are alot cheaper to buy.

 I say to each his own.  When I go to a car show I tend to gravitate towards the bone stock original cars, the ones I remember that were everywhere when I was a kid, and now there are almost none of them around, due both to attrition and the fact that everybody wants to hot rod and personalize their cars.  There are now probably 200% more SS Chevelles and Z/28 Camaros than were originally built, every old Mopar is now painted in hi-impact colours, etc etc.  So when I see an original gem like this one, it gets my attention.

But I have a pretty wide scope of what I like anyhow.  I am interested in everything from the early 20th century, right up through the 40s, 50s, musclecar era, even the seventies era (including colonnade cars that are an acquired taste), and I love the modern muscle.

It's all good, but I for one appreciate the original cars more than anything else, and would have no problem driving this nice little 2-door sedan around everywhere and anywhere.  If I wanted to go fast, I'd hop in a newer muscle car that has brakes and suspension up to the power, and beat on it for awhile.  Just my

 I totally agree, I wouldn't send a single looney there until you had someone look at it or had the owner send you detailed pictures of all the areas that you are concerned over.

I have bought 5 with only pictures and only one was a expensive dud....
