Removing clock from dash

What are the steps involved? Like does it come out under the dash? Or do you need to remove it from the top ? Thinking you may need to remove the foam dash pad?? By the way the car is a 1967 Parisienne convertible Thanks

I have a 1964 parisienne and found on my car the easiest way was taking the radio out. it made getting the clock out quite easy.

Remove the pad... easiest way to get at the top nut.... unless your arm is made of flexible rubber... (not saying it cant be done but easier)
