1968 Grand Parisienne parts car

I've got an add running looking for a 69 2+2 and a fellow responded that he had a 69 Grand Parisienne in rough shape but loaded. Took a week and got some pic's, it's a 68. Car is located near Porcupine Plaine, Sk And he is asking $500. Not unreasonably as the car has at the very least a strato bench, cruise and power windows.

Wonder what those front fender flashes say, 327 at least but could be 396 or even 427 confuse

Judging by the seat angle I bet it's a power seat.

Also, does the steering wheel look tilted down?

If you get the strato bench, I've got a power seat mechanism for an A body car for it.  Taken off a strato bench in a Buick Skylark about 10 years ago.
