Nova Book wanted

Chevy Nova by Doug Marion, Krause publications 2008.

Anyone have a copy they would like to part with?

I would love to get my hands on a copy.

Also any 4th generation ('75 to '79) Nova literature, manuals.

Thank you kindly.

PM me if you want.

Jonno

Hmm, I don't have the Marion book but I may have some stuff, have to look. I've already packed most of it up for our move this fall but when I get some time...

Thanks Carl.
427 Carl also sent me a link to an ebook but if I could get the hard copy that would be great.

Doug Marion was the man at Super Chevy back in the day.  I followed the Super Chevy Sunday shows throughout the 80's and early 90's.  I'm not familiar with that book but of course Marion's claim to fame was the 66 Nova L-79.  I have owned them all at one time or another including the 1978 Nova 2dr coupe, from North Carolina that I bought there and trailered back to Michigan in 1990.  It had 22,000 miles, 4 spd and a bench seat.  All original but I had it repainted base clear black and the black interior was in excellent condition.  I changed the stock rear for a 78 Z28, posi 3:42 ratio.  I replaced the original intake, cam and carb on the 305ci with dual exhaust.  Keystone classics were 14" on the front and 15" on the rear.  With these changes it was a very fun car to drive and my son drove it senior year of high school and first two years of college.  When I got it back from him in 1995, that was when I got the new paint and drove it to many car shows.  Finally sold it in 1999 with 32,000 miles.

I do believe I still have several books on that car such as the GM assembly manual.  I can check for you when I return to Michigan in April if you PM me around that time.

Purchased the Doug Marion Nova book through eBay in England.

Thanks Greaser and both Carls!

Another satisfied customer.

If anyone has any more 4th gen ('75-'79) Nova literature/manuals let me know.

Cheers,

Jonno

427 Carl, you are still a funny guy after all these years.

I think a 250-6 with three on the tree  is more my speed.
