I wonder if it's one of 75 1967 Beaumont converts (as in not a Custom, not an SD)? I know the documentation that came for a 67 Chevelle 300 convert that I once owned said something like one of 90 or 99, it was under a 100 anyway. That might be the case here.

if the Windsor one is an SD I would take it over the Quebec one 100% Chances are the Quebec one will need all the panels too even if it looks in better shape
