You might try scrubbing it with a very mild soap and a soft brush, can't really hurt it. For the vinyl seats in the boat, it was recommended to me to use 3M marine vinyl conditioner and protector.
You can buy a paint or dye to change the colour of vinyl, you might find some "parchment" paint and after the cleaning, use some paint in a place where it can't be seen and see if that helps or not. Never used that paint myself but if your seats are in good condition other than the dirt, might not hurt to try it. Remove the back seat cushion and try painting the side where it is hidden when reinstalled?

Dissappointing to find out its not a numbers matching car but thanks for all the info 409safari...As for the interior, i tried some VIM and a toothbrush and works very well. once its all done we can use some leather conditioner to soften it up some. Will have to get the girlfriend scrubbing the seats tonight while i start building patches for the floor
The heads and intake, rams horns, could be 64, just changed out the block? Those triangle heads were on 250hp 327's, not familiar with what was stock on a 67, even some low HP 327"s had camel humps in later years. Exhaust manifolds would be 2 inch center dumps in 64, 67 likely quite different? Nothing wrong with a 67 327.

Been a long slow winter but im happy to finally see the engine back in its resting place. Now the fun begins of hooking everything back up. Still need to rebuild the carb also.
With temperatures dropping I finally found some time to get back to work on the car. Another couple evenings and everything will be hooked up. Still need to drop the tank and flush the tank before she gets fired up.
