Buy this, drop a posi, BB, 4 speed, say 500HP in it, dog dish, keep the fender skirts. Maybe a 5 speed for fuel economy?

I own one with the 3 speed. As a city driver, it's like sitting in your living room watching tv. Potholes? What potholes. But on the highway ... Oh, Man .... Relentless is the word. It's not fast ... but there's no noticeable acceleration curve when you put your foot down. Going past 80 feels exactly the same as going past 50. MPH that is. As you close in on a ton, you hardly notice. It's the definition of cruising.

Make some cash on the side renting it out for weddings and funerals.

What is shocking is how they burn about the same fuel on the highway as many newer 4 cylinder econoboxes and about half to 75% of SUV's, mini vans, pickups. With a 305 that is.
