Looks like some folks in Canada liked the 1967 Grand Prix front end and apply it to create the Grande Parisienne.

Back when GM styling ruled the free world. Beautiful.

 

Pontiac redid the rear deck of the Grand Prix for 1968 in an effort to bolster dwindling sales (sales that were stolen by the hot mid-sized cars like the GTO). The convertible didn't make the roster for 1968 because of the revised rear stampings. See the 1968 Grand Prix below:
