It looks good and the exterior chrome is all there on the driver's side (since that is the only picture in the ad, WTH?). The price is not out of line if the car is as it appears. Of course one should always bring a spot rot gauge to measure paint & filler thickness because fresh resale red paint can hide a multitude of sins.
One thing that always irks me, could the seller give a more brief description? Answer: No, one sentence is as little as one could get away with. Perhaps the seller wants to get in a dialogue with potential buyers, but usually it is just laziness or poor writing skills that lead to this sort of brief ad. Anyway, its all about thecar.

The car was for sale in NS a couple years ago. I think it was a BC car. Never saw the car in person but I do know the owner (or his Father) and they are good car people.
What a nice looking car! 350 4-speed, oh yeah. Of course, as Cam says, there are lots of things to check out ... but if solid, it is a real bargain, any comparable US Chevelle would go for at least 20K USD.
Maybe I should get a buddy for my 64 convertible ...
