Bought this car from the second owner a little while back. We have two other old cars and this one just isn't being driven as it should be. 350ci, 2 speed power glide, 12 bolt post, completely original other than the motor and a electric fan. Had a out of province done a couple years ago and the car needed nothing, you can see the body under the factory under coating, the inside is a light blue and just as nice as the outside . Never driven in the rain, hate to see it go. I will take anyone seriously interested for a ride no problem.

It's a pretty car, but the tach definitely takes away from it, not to mention the whole question of whether a tach is needed on a powerglide car for the one shift from 1st to 2nd...  Easy fix to remove it, though, but it does look like the A-pillar garnish was drilled.  The steering wheel doesn't do much for me in this car, but that's a matter of personal taste, I think.

Is $27K a reasonable asking price for this car?  It seems like the small block/powerglide would be limiting factors with this car - I would think that high teens ($15K - $17K) would be more realistic, given that high twenties/low thirties should get you a nice big block car from the era.  I could be off on my judgment, though, as all prices seem too high to me these days.

If it has all it`s original sheet metal and the paint is #1 and the rest of the floors look like the picture he posted then I think $25 would be a great deal.Just put a rust bucket in a body shop today and see what it costs.

you'd have to see it in person-but like someone already stated if it's sold etc..see what a rusty turd would cost you to build-seriously-even if you did all your own work and were talented-you'd have all of that and much more into it.But that being said I don't think I can ever leave good enough alone-so I would more than likely take it apart for one reason or another LOL
