51/52/53 Pontiac

I'm parting out a 51/2/3 Pontiac that I only want the front bumper and brackets, bumper panel, grill hood and possibly right front fender off of. I don't want much if anything for the rest of the parts. It's a 4dr with fair bit of rocker/door rust. Anybody need / want anything. I would hate to scrap sought after parts.

I need the grill, sorry. Someone else confirmed its a 51. Will those parts fit on my 52? They look very similar.

Pry a little bit on the opposite side of the blade. Should work.

I'll get a photo of parts I think you want on Monday. Out of town for the weekend.

They.....yes that's a 51   same as mine.     Easy way to remove the wiper arm is to lift the blade up as far as it will go. Then put a piece of 3/4" x 4" any length of wood on the car cowling with something under it to protect the paint. Make sure it's right tight against the wiper mechanism. Then place a claw hammer on top of the wood under the part of the wiper arm that goes over the wiper mechanism being carful to just catch the lip of the wiper arm and gently pry the arm free of the wiper mechanism .You may have to reposition the hammer at places around the arm to releave some of the stress on the lip. Take your time and they will come free. Others have used a screw driver to do the prying but if it slips the handle may damage the hood or other painted parts.smile

If you need I can send some pictures

I would be interested in the complete dash gauge assembly. I can supply a step by step disassembly for it if need be. I need a fuel gauge and the parts says a 51 is different from a 50 so that is why I would like the complete assembly.

Thanks Al

I'd be interested in the trunk chrome pontiac script / key lock assembly. PM me with what $$$ you would be looking for.

Thanks
Steve
