I called this fella a couple of weeks ago and it was hard getting any details out of him.
Evidently, it's a 4 door vehicle with most of the body still on it. He claims there are a lot of other good parts (doors, windows etc). It was too far for me to travel to have a look.
Let me know if anyone closer goes to have a look. I need a few things for my 68.
I'm sure this has come up before, sorry to partially derail. What years are interchangeable and which body styles. I know from messing with a buddies 67 Impala SS convertible that a hardtop frame is the same just needs an extra body mount hole on each side. The vert frame wasn't boxed either.
The seller has "Please Contactitus" and no pictures.

Eric, I have different findings. While the convertible and hardtop frames might look the same, the bottoms of the frame rails on the convertible are 1" wider than the hardtop. Henceforth, the convertible crossmembers are 2" narrower than their hardtop counterparts. I have also found the 65 - 70 Chev / Canadian Pontiac B body frames to all be boxed.
Now to the original question, I understand the frames are interchangable in 2 year sets. 65-66 are the same (their idler arm is totally different than 67-70), 67-68 are the same, and 69-70 the same. There may be some interchangability between sets, but you may need to be prepared to modify things like frame horns for bumper brackets. The 69 frame I put under my 70 was a direct bolt in, but I've also heard of a guy who put a 70 frame under his 67. Not sure what changes if any he needed to make.
I will keep the frame from the parts car for my 69 2+2 project and also let my friend know the differences between his 67 Caprice frame and and his 67 Impala SS convertible frame.

That would be me... (and others, I am sure) Yes, the 'vert frame is wider... I have a '67 Strato 4-dr sedan frame under my '67 2+2 Rag since '84-ish... I have a '70 Parisienne 4-dr sedan frame under my '67 2+2 coupe since '97... the only difference at the time, if I remember correctly, I had to change the rear section of the frame where it is welded under the trunk mounts... front was fine..
