Yes Carl it's a 86,Yes I knew bout the heater core.It needs few things like the heater core.door rubbers and felts, new headliner.small patch in drivers foot well area. Rest of car well oiled. No posi, but has air bag in rear spring and aftermarket rear control arms. It's not stock, Adjustable fuel pressure regulator,Walbro 340 fuel pump, ported heads, arp studs in bottom,36lb injectors 3 different chips, cold air intake and bigger downpipe. So....should be fun lol.

Oh wow, NOT stock! That's gonna be fun. I assume it should be well into the 12's with traction by the sound of it.

Can anyone give one good reason why these cars came without a posi??? A mid 13 second car out of the showroom, and you had to pay extra for a posi?

The repairs/maintenance it needs sounds very typical of those cars. The rear frame rails are good though?

Yes rear frame rails are good, in fact car has been well oiled over years and quite solid. but for some reason driverside foot well area gone south. like oil got washed off that one area or something. Not to hard of a patch to fix thou.

Carl I went and looked at this car too. It needed some of the same work also( headliner, rubbers, leaky exhaust etc). little nicer shape but not mint. was a 87 Turbo T with Posi and some nice options, Just well over my budget and he wasn't moving on his price.
