This vehicle is original BC car that was sold at Sullivan Motors in Kimberly BC, now known as Chatel Motors as per General Motors of Canada. This vehicle is an original 1965 Acadian Beaumont Sport Deluxe 4 Speed, Bucket Seat ,Center Console car. The
vehicle is 1 of 798 Sport Deluxe models that were produce in 1965. Unable to find out exactly how many of those had a 4 speed transmission. The original 283 has been replaced with a newly built 327/325 hp, alone the newly built Muncie 4 speed transmission and 10 bolt Posi Rear End. The other options are Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt steering, Tinted Glass, Padded Dash and the original am radio that been converted over to FM.
The vehicle has had a extensive high end restoration completed on it, to bring it back to original factory condition. Over $80,000.00 and many hours have been invested into this vehicle to get to the end result a High Quality Great Looking Vehicle.
The vehicle comes with an Appraisal showing a value at $55,000 and picture of the restoration. Since that appraisal there has been new interior added, the engine has been rebuilt to a higher horse power , the muncie has gone through a major rebuild, Power steering was added, all new springs and many other misc items. This vehicle needs nothing except someone that willing to take great care of it. The vehicle is a blast to drive in town or on the highway and gets thumb up every were it goes.
High end trades maybe considered, serious offer only, no low balls , I do not to sell, looking for a 55 Chevy.....Asking $ 46,000
Man-O-Man that '65 SD is a restored gem / pristine from top to bottom.
- everything on it, stands out / and that dual snorkel 327, looks sweet
Peter - Couldn't help but spot the stylish 3 spoke S/S steering wheel (black rim unit, from '69 ?).
- just curious on the steering wheels center cap / Chevrolet or Beaumont ?
Regardless, all very tasteful improvements.
This car looks like the one that was owned by member Kelico??
Kelly was meticulous when building this car. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears (& $$$).

Thanks for all the nice comments about the car and yes Kelly was the previous owner.
As far as the steering wheel and it's center cap it was one I have in stock and always
like the look of it. The center cap is a Chevy cap that I machined the center bow tie
off and put a Pontiac emblem back in it's place. The original steering wheel comes
with the car. Guru, good eye on the steering center cap , but I thought the first comment
would be about the missing front and rear emblems , I have them and they also go with the
car, I just like the cleaner look, sorry Kelly I know how effort went into the rear Acadian
letters.
I thought maybe I should clear the air , I never want to take anything away from all
of Kelly's blood ,sweat , tears and $$$ that he put into this vehicle. Everything he did
was to a high standard and it shows.... As we all know these classic vehicles are never
finished , well for me there is always something I can improve on. I have also spent $$$
and my time to make this vehicle perfect. The only reason I'm selling is to complete
my buck list with the purchase of a 1955 Chevy.....
I appreciate all your comments......Thanks
The original colour on the car is called Mist Blue Metallic paint "code D" and the matching interior trim colour is "966 blue".
The paint and interior on the car is suppose to be same as the original colour, which I believe is all correct.
All the positive comments about this vehicle makes me wondering why I'm selling it..............??????????????????
Hi Carl My name is Rick, I just became a member to the group. I own a 1967 2 Door Beaumont that I think you owned back in 2011. I saw a picture of the car posted on your site. I purchased the car back in May/2016 down in Nova Scotia.
I was just wondering if it was your car at one time? I posted it with pics under new member. I'm just getting use to navigating this site.
Just wondering if you know anything about it?
Rick
Very nice car. One of my favorites. I owned a 65 SD quite a few years ago, red with black 327 4 speed car. I often wonder where the car ended up. I sold it in Calgary, when I sold the car it went to Red Deer.
I am thinking selling my 1969 Chevelle convertible, If I decide to sell I may contact you.
TWO NOTES............1st is for Ricks 67 , you were asking me about a 67 Beaumont, I thinking you got me mixed up with some else, Never had a 67 Beaumont.
2nd is for 427, I would like to see some more pictures of your car, maybe call me and give you my personal email address....250-558-7963
If you be so kind.............. Peter
