Well I got a bit distracted and the Beaumont went on the back burner. I decided to concentrate on the 67 Camaro restore and then there was also the part where I had to work for a living. But the good news is the camaro is coming to an end and I will be getting to work on the sd soon.

Finally a little update. Car is back in the shop. Started working on it again. Finished fitting and welding the quarters and rockers, reaplaced a trunk brace and repaired the ends of the floor braces. Cleaned the vinyl top glue from the roof and scraped off the headliner insulation. Started digging out some of the parts that have been sitting in storage for five years. I will post pics as things progress.

Today I got body set up on the rotisserie. Pressure washed the rolling chassis. Started removing the suspension parts. The frame was built Jan 17 68. The car was built Feb 1 68.

All looking good Randy. Any work needed on the frame?

Frame is really good. Didnt require any repairs around the mount holes, had to remove a few things that were welded on like the later style motor mounts and some brackets that I assume were for side pipes at some point. Everything is stripped off and ready for blasting.
