Looks like a correct V8 Pontiac to me, but hard to see.

Yes, until 1968 the full size Canadian Pontiacs never bragged about displacement. You had no way to tell a 283 car from a 396/409/427 car (except I guess maybe dual exhaust on some).

That's why my '64 really has a 409 in it.
1964 has a gold ribbed background, other years (either '63 or '65 ... I forget) have a red ribbed background.
