Looks like a decent car......The exterior would be STUNNING....with some stock wheels and hubcaps....

 Pontiac silver blue metallic does NOT look good on a small block chev...JMO...

for those who can decode the vin numbers on this car
is it as it shows

seems to show very few decals overall thoughts on that

From a purists perspective......the engine compartment and interior are a disaster....but considering what the car is....and WHERE it is....I think it's OK....

I COULD live with the interior......but the blue engine paint....and butt UGLY wheels gotta GO....
