This is a 1966 (and maybe other years) Beaumont (and maybe other models) remote outside rear view mirror. It is in overall nice condition. I would say good to very good driver. The remote mirror is a little loose but not real loose, it is missing the mounting bracket and screw and the mounting bracket hole needs to be drilled out. The hole is fine, the remains of the drilled out screw are still there. The screw got stripped while I was taking it off.

Pretty nice for an original 50+ year old piece. This may fit other years, I am not sure. Please make sure this is right for your application.
