This is a matched set of tilt steering column levers. I think they fit 1963 to 1966 fullsize and 1964 to 1966 midsize GM's that came with tilt or have it now.
Both levers are threaded as they screw into the side of the column. The tilt mechanism lever is shorter than the signal one. The signal one is probably easier to find. The ends are blue in colour but can be painted. There is some light rust appearing on the chrome. It may come off.
