Yeah, there are signs of concern for underbody rust - surface and seam rust on the floors, frame painted black on the outside but rust visible on the inside, etc.  Probably a solid car but can't make that judgment by pics alone.

You'd want to at least soak down the whole underside with Krown or Rust Check, but then again for $32,500 US ($43,611 Canadian) I think I'd just move on...
