Here's my 1969 D99 car... two colors of paint, no vinyl, that way since birth. As many of you know it was born a Laurentian, so it might be that if you got two-tone D99 on a Laurentian or Strato Chief without the Cordova top option, this is what you got.

My 67 Beaumont that I had in 67 was a Provincial White car and it had the D99 mldg, I ordered it that way in case I wanted
to put a vinyl roof on and I thought it was just plain cool. After one of my crashes, we had a body shop and we offered a painted
on imitation vinyl roof with many colors offered. Our body man Ray Desormeau at the time painted it on and I chose a light blue color,
close to the same color as the interior, he also painted the same color in between the lower custom mldgs, it was really cool. I can't
remember how many we did & I regret to this day of not taken any pictures of that car, me bad.
We actually ordered a few cars with the D99, just because.
