Dash Bulb size

I am looking to replace my dash light bulbs, anyone know the size and type of bulb? Has anyone tried LEDs?

Your owners manual or shop manual should state the correct bulb size.

I assume you are talking 68? I am betting that most if not all of them are 1895 bulbs.

swapped out mine on 64 Impala to LED's as well as all the interior lights too!!! Big difference!!! Only ones I couldn't do were the "idiot" lights & glove box, they have reverse polarity & take a different LED. Think I have enough dash bulbs to do the "wagoon"

Mine are very dim and have an ugly yellow glow, thanks for the tip on the idiot lights. My glovebox was never rewired up so I still have to do that.
