Just missed out on some cruise brackets from a 68 truck on another site
Thought i would mention it here just incase
Looking for the bracket that bolts to the firewall, used on 67-70 C-10 trucks, or any related parts. I already have the transducer and all the dash and interior parts
mainly need the firewall parts especially the bracket that bolts to the fireway to hold the vac diaphram, and linkage/chain to the throttle cable
here are some pics of what they look like

Ya the servo is the same as alot of GM ones, i have the same one on the wagon from you. its mainly the bracket the servo bolts to that i am looking for. it has a roller and a chain to direct it back to the gas pedal linkage.

Randy had a 69 395 Caprice with cruise in his yard. That servo sure looked like this one. I think either Gary or I pulled that one off. He might have it, I'm not sure.

I never got a real good look at the one in the 70 454 Laurentian, but I suspect the bracket was of the same design. The assembly manual shows the chain facing forward - like in your drawing that shows the steering column, but it definately faced backwards towards the firewall. Note the vacuum line towards the top.
If you find one, see if you can find 2 as I'd love to put cruise in my convertible. I have many of the other pieces.
On the 454 Laurentian, the cruise was very tempermental when I first got it. I changed all the vacuum lines to no avail. I finally got a rebuilt transducer and it worked perfectly. The new transducer had a 3rd electrical connector on it, which provided a ground when cruise was engaged. I ran it to an indicator light below the dash.
Cool that is an interesting listing, it is for sure the early truck cruise set up. a bit pricey for the condition, but the diagrams and install manual pics are worth a thousand words. very helpful.
I wish they were just selling the vac diaphram and firewall bracket, hard to justify the 300 price for just that one part tho.
