I'm sure WorkSafe would really be excited with a company's crew going back in there and adding more explosives to bring down a building that should have come down by their calculations. I'm thinking there wouldn't be much structural strength after the first blast if their hopes were that it would be sufficient to do the job. I guess you send in the guys with the highest life insurance policies.
Same thought I had. Who would want to enter a building to set up explosives knowing full well it was already supposed to have collapsed?

It reminds me of the scene in Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid where they were planning to blow up the armored car in the train. The famous last words were, "that ought to do it", followed by the detonation. They practically vaporized the train to the point that the loot was also vaporized.
