1957 pontiac

My 57 I've owned for 20 years. Has a 355 sbc 540hp runs in the 11.20 in the 1\4 mile. I've owned 30 or so classic cars and this car is my all-time favorite. Bought it in Idaho and was love at first sight.

It's a US model? Sorry if I don't know my 57's well enough to tell.

From where the heater core goes, the aluminum vin/trim tags I would say it's a CDN Pontiac.

Interesting that he bought it in Idaho.

Kinda cool to see one down there.

I suspected it might be because putting a small block in a US model wouldn't be the simplest thing to do.

Yes it was manufactured in Canada. One day when I get the time I'll be updating it. It is a little more than I need for the street and 110 octane gas is pricey

Joe, sweet looking 57 time machine. I wonder how that Canadian Pontiac ended up where it did. Joe, you might want to send Todd (our boss and founder) a message about possibly having your 57 featured in C.P. as a monthly Poncho. Your 57 sure looks worthy of it. Lets see more of your car. Cheers. George
