'64 Parisienne CS "barn find" - last on the road in '86 ... Owner Protection Plan booklet, original paint, original near-mint aqua interior, original aqua GM floor mats, original 283, factory posi, and original rust.
No idea how I missed this post last February (broken wrist perhaps?).
Note manual steering & brakes, somebody wanted free horsepower. The TH400 is a great transmission and the '68 4-speed Muncie shifters were crap, compounded by the stupid slider on the console. Together they are responsible for grenading a few big blocks. That car with the L34 / M40 drivetrain would have been built with a 3.07 ratio out back.
Did Ken mention if the side moldings are included? They would be tough to find replacements for.
Note the woodgrain on the dash. My understanding is that woodgrain was optional on the '68 SD, yet I don't see it on the option list. Who knows, maybe being the 1st SD-396 convertible off the line had something to do with it.
That is a strange engine code: T09214W, 4W being a surprise. I would expect "EU".
