This 7028210 just came off my 68 Grande and was fully functional running carb however it will need a rebuild.  I cross threaded the inlet nut at one point, but cleaned up the threads and used a longer 7/8 nut as there is a lot of threads deeper in that the factory nut doesn't touch.  You can see the longer nut in the picture that I used and sealed up however the original nut comes with the carb but not the longer threaded nut as it was not mine to sell.  $150 plus shipping most economical method, 20% to CP.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.  There are a number of quality rebuilders in Winnipeg, Citicarb, Schaeffers and Autoline.   Jake
