63 Pontiac parisienne is out in the yard at Bucks pick a part in winnipeg


Was there on Monday,  It is getting picked over 

 

The 66 that is also there is still in the restricted processing area

Wow, went there at 9 am, the buzzards had picked the carcass clean, i managed to rescue the tail lamp housings and lenses.

that 63 has been in the compound for 6 months or more. but picked clean in a day,

pontiax- (canadian pontiac X frame)1964 Parisienne 2dr. Hardtop ,lagoon aqua metallic (Q) ,421 cid Dart Industries block and heads. 550 hp. 575 ft lb  of torque.

here is more of an update on what is left on the car

in the interior the gauge cluster is gone - the heater controls and a few knobs/switches are there

on the body the front side trim on the passenger side is good  and not very pitted - i am refering to the finned diecast accent moulding that runs the length of the front fender and continues on to the front door

the passenger side rear wheel opening moulding looked ok 

the rear licence plate light is there 

 

one of  the two backup light housing looked good  ( the other one is rusted out

in the engine compartment the fender liners are good and undented 

 

Overall for one of these cars it is not super rusty

 

Anyway that is just based on my quick eyeball inspection on this past Monday
