Nothing wrong with putting "late model" underpinning under this, will ride & handle much better & easier to get parts for in the future!! Did the same on my 51 Pontiac Torpedo Back used 86 Cutlass chassis [shortened]& worked great!! Still miss that car after lost in garage fire!!!
