Try looking for part numbers for the items that may be common and that are part of the components. There are a lot of things the same 59-64, but especially 61-64. The mast jacket length and diameter would be the thing to measure.
Another thing different is the signal light setup and wiring in these columns is different 64 is unique to 64 and very different from 61-62.
