I remembered this thread from a couple of months back when I ran out to the post office here in town and spotted this on a transport truck. It's been a while since I saw a Wrangler.

They were here in Foam Lake parked at the Cardlock last night... guy must have been sleeping... myself and a buddy were coming from a hockey game in Wynyard and commented on the old gal...

So it is heading east, I had that suspicion. A lot of trucks (newer ones) head east out of Alberta and I figured since the rest of the load was late model, that might be the case here.

Likely someone in the east is restoring a Wrangler, which would be cool.

Did you notice it has dual exhaust, and yet it I didn't notice any 6.2 diesel logos?

Somehow I think the Olympic paint was slightly different, especially the cab part?

1976 Olympic truck......symbol on the box just after the cab.

This one has a round gas filler tube on the passenger side.

The one on the transporter is square on the driver's side.

Side marker on the cab is also vertical not horizontal.
