It is incomplete - there is only one car ( the XKE).  The box is quite well preserved - 

to my mind this item is neat either as a display item or if you have one of these sets and need this one for parts 

it displays well because it is reasonably compact - about 3 feet by one foot - not sure how complete it is - it does have the 4 corner curved pieces
