I find myself constantly using the Average IQ argument when dealing with things like this.

Ya there are a few ties biggrin. A good way to get smarter is to encourage folks from rank 7 and up to come to Canada, the opposite holds true too so you can see for your self some of the places that could and in fact are dragging us down. Of course it is not considered PC and it is highly frowned upon in Ottawa to allow fact based data to have a place in formulating policy.

I like those drug ads that say do not take them if you are allergic to them, pretty much every drug ad.

A road by my house was called cemetery lane because it had a cemetery at the end. It had a sign with it that said "no exit" I guess it could have said "dead end". They changed the name of the road to "old oakland road".

 I don't know if it's actually an issue of being PC, or just looking at the situation too simply.  It's an extremely complicated issue and one best not discussed here, as I imagine it could spiral downwards quickly.

The above signs are quite humorous though.  Reminds me of the bag of peanuts I bought several years ago with a similar warning.  My reaction was:  "I hope so, that's why I bought them".

The sign with "Please make sure the elevator is there before stepping in" is my saying!! They stole that from me!! furious  I always tell everyone that will listen not to step into the elevator unless its there.  I work on the 7th floor so I always extend my words of wisdom to everyone and anyone on a daily basis!  biggrin
