For those of you in Ontario,

The MTO is almost out of the series "CF**-000" license  plates.

They do not use "G" on a regular plate.

The next series will be "CHAA-000".

That means at a license office somewhere, "CHEV-427" will be offered at regular plate fee.

A late friend of mine once scored "001-AMX" back in the 80s

With thousands of offices in Ontario, the chances of finding it would be slim.

But wouldn't it be a sweet score !

Lots of good ones will be coming up... 265, 283, 302 (for early Z cars), 327, 350, 396, 402, 454, etc etc...

Of course, you just know they'll end up on Hyundais and Volvos and such... biggrin

I would figure that plate was already sold long ago and they will skip over it

 just checked and CHEV 427 is gone but CHEVY427 is still available
