What is the proper factory air cleaner for a 1968 SD 396 350hp ?

 Does anyone have a picture of a correct factory air cleaner assembly for a 1968 Beaumont SD with the 396 350 hp engine.  Was there more than one style of air cleaner available from the factory like a open element and closed type.  Thanks.

Closed air cleaner on the 325HP, open on the 350HP
