Strange stencil under a 69 Beaumont hood

A fellow on Facebook sent me this photo asking if I had ever seen this before. It's a strange stencil that he found when stripping an original 69 Beaumont hood. Anyone see this before?

My guess is that it is a whiskey bottle label peeled off and stuck on there for years.

The paper is long gone but the ink transferred.

Now I'm thirsty !
