62 project

Recently purchased this 62 project because I really needed another one. Came with a complete parts care and a nos front fender.

Maybe it's that famous Pogue 100 mpg carburetor we always hear rumours of!

If its a Carter, it may have a number stamped into it to know what it was built for (or is that a metal tag I see?)? I've never seen a stock Carter 2 barrel on a SBC, might be off a Olds or Buick, etc.?.

BOP 2bbls generally had a larger venturi than SBC......and fuel inlet came straight out the front....

It IS a strange one....
