Having two turkey dinners this weekend. Going to a big family do on Sunday and we're having our own turkey dinner Monday. (Only way to get turkey leftovers). Happy Thanksgiving!!

My son and his girlfriend are coming Sunday night and staying over for an early dinner on Monday. We are also having a couple of friends over for dinner.

This is the biggest feast of the year at our home.

We celebrate on Sunday and 26 are expected, 12 are family and the rest are friends.

Today we drove up to Leduc to pick up our new 10 week old dog "Holly" (High Level reserve dog).....(our old dog Mojo died four years ago.

So will be a busy weekend...dog,family,friends and of course lots of turkey.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

Finished my last Road mission this morning.

(I thought)

Tuesday, I move in to the office for a desk Job.

Due to people calling in sick, I have not had a "Long Weekend" this year"

Then the phone rings, It's my current supervisor, friend and soon to be, my direct co-worker.

"Help"

Funny how even the new hires (my replacement), call in sick on a long weekend ?

Back on the road again.

I have decided that every cent earned this weekend goes directly to car parts !

I spotted something real tasty , in a the 69 Pontiac flavour, on eBay.

In-Laws coming Monday.

A bit late...but hope you all had a Great day with family and friends! Our dinner table over at mom and dads(bunch of us camped out). We lost a member of the family last week,but being around family and friends for the weekend hepled a lot.

 Thanks Carl. It's amazing how much therapy you can get through the people you luv. We all suffered a loss.....but as a group together we all seem to be stonger and will make it through.
