1969 Front Fender Patch Panels?


Has anyone seen ANYTHING for our front fenders that might accelerate a rust repair over starting with a brake and an English wheel?  Mine are rusted up to the belt line, I think, and will take a ton of work.

New front Canadian fenders would be ideal, but patches would be a start!

What condition are the support structures behind the sheet metal? On my Parisienne they were toast on both fenders, but luckily decent on my spare fenders.
