A driver transporting new Range Rover SUVs through Scotland sheared the top off of the upper deck of his load late October, taking the roofs of the vehicles clean off.

The incident, which happened in Perth early October 24, saw no one involved suffer any injuries, reports The Courier, though we figure the drivers ego must be at least a little bruised.

Police were called immediately, and engineers deemed the railway bridge safe for use by the morning trains and cleared the road of debris by around 9 a.m., about half an hour after the collision.

Amongst the Land Rover trucks with their tops shorn by the accident was a Jaguar sedan. Two of the vehicles were apparently so badly damaged they had to be written off.

2 were written off? Saw this happen to a new Porche, it was already a convertible but lost the windshield and top in Truro on an overpass. Truck driver had it as the last car on the top, forget to lower it after loading cars on the bottom row.
